Can I use it if I have a knee injury?
Not recommended if you have had recent knee surgery. If you have any knee problems consult first with your Medical Professional.
Are there any special requirements to use this product safely?
It is essential to keep a l children and pets away from this unit when in use.
Do I need to hold the handles?
Yes. You must hold onto the handles at all times. The handles are there to assist with the correct working of this unit. Your feet should be placed centrally on the foot platforms.
My muscles ache after just a few minutes, is there something I am doing wrong?
No. This shows Summers CARDIO CORE is doing its job.
What height should the handles be at?
The handlebars should be set at a height to lightly rest your hands without straining. Not too high that you have to lean backward. And not too low that you have to stoop forward. Set the Pedal height so you can both straighten and bend your knees/legs.
Can I use the Summers Cardio Core without proper footwear?
We strongly recommend that while using Summers CARDIO CORE you wear proper foot attire at all times. It is better for your feet to always wear proper shoes when exercising. It is safer to wear protection for your feet when using exercise products with moving parts. Do NOT wear high heeled shoes when using this equipment.
I feel lightheaded or dizzy what should I do? Fatigued and weak in the legs.
Stop using Summers CARDIO CORE immediately. Lie down and rest if possible and try again the following day.
Can I overdo this exercise?
Your leg muscles probably will not have experienced this type of exercise for a long time. So it is prudent to start slowly and progressively build the time. Your muscles will tire very easily at first and this is normal. If you feel excessive soreness of your muscles the following day - give yourself an extra day’s rest before resuming your program.
What kind of clothing do I need to wear?
Clothing of a loose-fitting nature especially around the hips and upper thighs is necessary. Tight clothing/skirts will impede and restrict movement.
This fitness trainer would have to be the best I have ever used. Due to some medical issues, I am unable to do strenuous exercise. I can do as much or as little as I feel able to do on any given day. Started off doing a couple of minutes at a time but am now able to do 15 minutes or more 2 or 3 times a day. My strength has improved and given me more confidence to do activities I had stopped. It takes up very little space and I can move it around at will. Thank you Fiona.
I absolutely love my Cardio Core, it is already assembled when it arrives, you have to adjust the height of the handle bar and it is then ready to use. It is compact so takes up such a small amount of space, it is easy to use and what I love most is that I can use it and get a complete workout sitting down and watching TV so no excuses for not using it. I am not new to the Fiona Summers range of Fitness Products, I love my Gym Magic and Fitness Bag, I absolutely love my Leg Master and Upper Body Bar, I love my Leg Master Stepper, I love my Squeeze Magic weights and of course I love my Cardio Core so now I have the complete Fiona Summers Home Gym which I use every day and I am 74 years young! All products are so well designed and made, arrive ready to use, come with instructions on how to use, take up such a small amount of space but also can be folded up and easy to store and of course, for me, are easy and a delight to use. This little machine is a treasure. If it's wet outside you can walk inside or do an exercise at any time of day. It only takes a moment to feel the benefits and the pleasure in feeling that you've done your exercise for the day. It's so easy to pack away but not intrusive to leave set up either. This is so worth your purchase.
Easy to use grips and flexibility! with back and knee problems being able to use this exercise equipment sitting down and low impact is very helpful. come winter time I will be able to use this if unable to go walking due to bad weather.
Compact and very easy to use. Stands upright in a corner, doesn't take up any room at all. Makes it so there is no excuse to not use it. It's a good invention!

Was looking forward to receiving the Cardio CoreTrainer and was not disappointed. It is a great machine, easy to set up and easy to use and does what it is said to do. A great machine.
Simple to use
The cardio care is the easiest piece of equipment to use. You literally unpack it, stand it up and it is ready for you. The guide book is easy to follow and the exercises are excellent. It basically gets down to repetition of the exercises. Start slow and build up over time. This is a 10/10 piece of kit.

I went to my knee Dr. today and got a cortisone shot and a list of exercises at which time I told him I had just gotten this and explained what I was doing. He said that was great and to continue using it!

Great for abs and core. Great for small spaces. NO assembly!
Amazing!!! This works your legs, abs and arms all at once!! I get sore knees running and this doesn't cause any knee soreness or impact. I just wish it had a few more resistance bands so when my legs get stronger it will have more resistance. However, you can always add ankle weights. I'm not an outdoor or gym person so this is perfect to use in front of the tv. I'm normal weight without any leg problems. I highly recommend this!!
My Daughter bought me this as a gift and I LOVE it! It is easy to use and i do it once a day for just a few minutes. I am 5 ft 4 and 64 years old. Its the perfect amounts of exercise for me, and its fun too!!
